Cara Ryckman lives in Austin, TX, with her husband Rick and her daughters Chelsea, Shelby, and twins Lexi and Bella.  She has been a realtor, a travel agent, a spa owner, an investor, but most of all she loves being a mom. 

Organizing large events has been a recurring theme in her life, from being show chairman of dog shows to putting together a 4-day expo with almost 1000 participants to putting together charity events at her former day spa for over 200 guests.

Aside from going to pageants with her daughters, Cara enjoys participating in Team Shelby events with Rick, who races Shelbys.  Cara and Rick are members of the Sea Ray Owners Club.  Cara is a Twilight addict - Team Edward!
