We are happy to
accept donations
of prizes and
gifts for our
contestants.
Yes, I can put
your paperwork
in the
registration
folders - I ask
for $10 to do
this to help
cover the cost
of the folders.
I will waive the
$10 if you give
our contestants
a special
discount.
All paperwork
and gifts must
be received at
least 3 weeks
prior to the
pageant.
After that, we
are happy to put
your paperwork
out on the table
or to have your
gifts in a box
for contestants
to pick up at
registration,
but they will
not be in the
folders or in
our gift
packets.
Any pageant who
wants to donate
fees off for our
contestants, I
am happy to talk
to about
reciprocating
with fees off of
my pageant
donated to you.
I will consider
this on a case
by case basis.
We do not plan a
program book for
2011.
Always willing
to trade links.
Booths at the
Holiday Inn
Riverwalk will
be $50 charged
by the hotel.
Crown Jewels not
taking any part
of your booth
fee- what the
hotel charges is
what you pay.
Only a limited
amount of booth
space will be
available so
please reserve
your booth early
so not to be
disappointed.
